Maia Mdinaradze
With over a decade of experience, Maia Mdinaradze represents employers in labor and employment-related disputes. Experienced in single plaintiff, PAGA, and class action matters, she defends employers against claims of wrongful termination, employment discrimination, retaliation, failure to provide reasonable accommodations, failure to engage in an interactive process, wage and hour violations, and unfair business practices. With a keen sense of intellectual curiosity and trial-focused litigation strategy, Maia partners with clients to understand their business goals and helps them navigate their business challenges.
In addition to defending employers, Maia partners with clients to develop and implement effective employment policies and procedures. She counsels clients on a variety of employment-related matters including on-boarding, performance, discipline, terminations, and disability accommodations.
Having lived in three different countries, no challenge is too big for Maia. Armed with resilience, creativity, and an expanded world view, she brings a unique perspective to her work. She crafts innovative solutions and helps clients achieve their business goals in and out of court.
Maia is passionate about traveling, exploring other cultures, and tasting new foods. She enjoys boating, long walks on the beach, and hikes with her husband and two daughters.
