
Kelsey LaGaly
Kelsey LaGaly is an associate in the Los Angeles, California office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in single and multi-plaintiff lawsuits involving discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. Kelsey understands that each case is different and should be treated as such. By listening to her clients, Kelsey strives to deliver resolutions based on her client’s individual needs and goals.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis P.C., Kelsey worked as a litigation associate at a full-service national law firm where she gained valuable experience in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery including written discovery and depositions, negotiating settlements, and preparing for trial. Kelsey successfully obtained several dismissals for her clients based on her motion work and discovery preparation.
In college, Kelsey worked at an employment law firm which sparked her interest in a career in law. During law school, Kelsey was a judicial extern for Hon. Richard Strauss in San Diego Superior Court. Kelsey received her J.D. with a concentration in labor and employment law.
