Michael M. Kowsari

Michael M. Kowsari is Of Counsel in the Orange County office focusing on representing employers in single plaintiff cases involving a variety of employment issues. He also handles appellate and class action matters.

Michael is a dedicated attorney who remains steely focused on achieving his client’s goals even with the din of litigation. In his 20-year career, he has worked at some of the country’s top national law firms and boutiques, litigating scores of high-stakes matters across a broad spectrum of industries. Michael is also a skilled appellate lawyer having successfully overturned unfavorable decisions for his clients.

Michael clerked for the Honorable Ronald Lee Gilman for the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He also clerked for the Honorable Stephen G. Larson for the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Michael graduated with honors from The Ohio State University College of Law, where he was a member of the Ohio State Law Journal and received his B.A. magna cum laude in Political Science and History from the University of California at Los Angeles.
