Daniel Tran

Daniel Tran is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace matters, including preventative advice and counseling.

Daniel’s interest in litigation first sparked when he represented himself and won a small claims court case in college. While in law school, he took labor and employment law classes and enjoyed what he learned. His interest in litigation and employment law led him to become a summer associate in the Los Angeles Office. After graduating law school, Daniel returned to the Los Angeles office as an associate and has been with Jackson Lewis ever since.

While in law school, Daniel was a board member of the Student Bar Association and Co-President of the First Generation Professionals program. Daniel is committed to listening to his clients, understanding their business, and providing tailored solutions that meet their goals.
