Rochelle N. Miller is an associate in the Orange County, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Rochelle’s motivation to practice employment law comes from her prior experience working in Human Resources where she experienced the day-to-day challenges that come from California’s ever changing employment laws.

While attending law school, Rochelle served as the president of the St. Thomas More Society and was a member of the Corporate Law Society and Chapman Women Lawyers Association. She received the CALI Award / Highest Class Grade in nine courses including Employment Law, Professional Responsibility, and Legal Analysis, Writing and Research I.

After her second year of law school, Rochelle worked as a law clerk in the Jackson Lewis Academy Summer Associate Program for the Orange County office.
