Meghan Kallhoff is an associate in the Omaha, Nebraska, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She emphasizes understanding her client’s business in order to provide practical legal advice and counsel that works for their business.

Meghan provides advice and counsel to employers on a variety of employment matters with a focus on Family and Medical Leave Act, Title VII, and Americans with Disabilities Act matters. In addition to providing advice and counsel to employers on employment law matters, she assists employers in investigating and responding to claims filed with federal and state agencies.

Before joining Jackson Lewis, Meghan worked in a full-service law firm where she worked with clients in the manufacturing and technology industries to review, advise on, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements. Prior to and during law school, she worked at a Fortune 500 railroad in its Human Resources and Legal departments. In those roles, Meghan gained experience with the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Federal Railroad Safety Act and investigated and responded to alleged violations of the railroad’s anti-harassment and anti-discrimination policies.
