Jasmine Marie Williams

Jasmine Marie Williams is an associate in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including single-plaintiff litigation and preventive advice and counseling.

Jasmine represents employers in state and federal court, arbitrations, and before administrative agencies such as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She also advises employers on various topics including performance management and employee discipline and provides preventive training to help employers reduce risk and avoid litigation. 

Before Jackson Lewis, Jasmine gained experience at Schnader Harrison Segal and Lewis, Tucker Law Group, and Nationwide Trial Division working on complex general litigation, employment litigation, zoning/land use litigation, and personal injury defense litigation including products liability, premises liability and general negligence. She served as first chair and second chair in two jury trials where the verdict was rendered in favor of the defendant.

Further, Jasmine has served as an arbitrator with the Philadelphia County Arbitration Center, a Wellness Committee Liaison for the Philadelphia Bar Association, Director of Event for the Philadelphia chapter of Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) and interned with NFL Films. She also served as a law clerk for Judge Jacqueline Allen (ret.), Administrative Judge of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. 

While in law school, Jasmine was an executive board member of the Black Law Student Association; Expungement Clinic volunteer; student author of the Third Circuit Media Alert Project; and interned at the Harris Firm in Tokyo, Japan.
