Jackson Lewis Appoints Adam L. Lounsbury as Office Managing Principal and Litigation Manager in Richmond
RICHMOND, VA (June 27, 2023) Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Adam L. Lounsbury has been elevated to office managing principal and office litigation manager in Richmond. Adam succeeds Kevin D. Holden, who is stepping down to focus on his litigation practice.

Adam focuses his practice on class and collective actions alleging employment violations resulting from independent contractor misclassification and other workplace-related claims. Over the course of his career, he has represented financial institutions, automobile and consumer product manufacturers, and companies in the transportation, insurance, tech, travel, healthcare, and hospitality industries.
Adam also regularly advises companies with respect to their independent contractor models to improve compliance and sustainability, and reviews independent contractor models for purposes of advising clients in corporate transactions.

Adam earned his J.D. from Albany Law School and his B.S. from Cornell University.
