Victoria Cendejas
Victoria L. Cendejas is an associate in the Orange County office. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including employment litigation and preventive advice and counseling. She is dedicated to clients and is committed to understanding her clients’ goals and business needs while partnering with them to resolve employment law issues.
While in law school, Victoria served as both a lead article editor and articles editor for the UC Irvine Law Review. She also served as an executive editor of the UC Irvine Journal of International, Transnational, and Comparative Law. Victoria also served as a research fellow for legal research and writing and a research assistant for The Pay Equity Project which impacts the work she does for clients. Additionally, Victoria worked as a summer law clerk in the Jackson Lewis Summer Law Clerk Program.
Victoria has been the recipient of several academic honors, including the Faculty Award at UCI Law for the Ninth Circuit Appellate Litigation clinic, where she argued a case in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Dean’s Award for Biotechnology and the Law. Upon graduation, Victoria received Pro Bono High Honors, a Pro Bono Student Leadership Award, and an award for accomplishing the most pro bono hours in her class year.
Prior to her legal career, Victoria worked in the non-profit space and collaborated closely with community groups on environmental and workforce initiatives.
