Erica A. Shikunov

Erica A. Shikunov is an associate in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling. Erica has dedicated her entire career to labor and employment litigation, having represented both companies and plaintiffs throughout the course of her career. Erica has attended hundreds of mediations over the years and, while she enjoys the art of negotiation, Erica is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney. If a case cannot be settled within reasonable parameters, Erica will not hesitate to go to the mat.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Erica worked in plaintiff’s practice at a boutique employment firm in Philadelphia. Erica also has experience and knowledge of workers’ compensation matters and union and labor issues.

While in college and law school, Erica was competitive on mock trial and moot court teams, having won several awards and accolades in both. Following law school and a few years of practice, Erica pursued an LL.M.

Erica lives in South Jersey with her husband, young daughter and a small zoo of rescued animals. In her spare time, Erica enjoys reading, travel and crossfit.
