Kelly R. Kichline Rejoins Jackson Lewis in Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS, NV (June 14, 2019) Jackson Lewis P.C., one of the country’s preeminent workplace law firms, is pleased to announce Kelly R. Kichline has rejoined the firm’s Las Vegas office as a Principal. Ms. Kichline rejoined the firm from Caesars Entertainment Corporation, where she was Vice President and Chief Counsel, Employment Law.

Ms. Kichline has extensive experience handling employee issues in the hospitality industry, as well as employee issues arising in the heavily regulated gaming industry, including extensive federal and state compliance requirements. Ms. Kichline has significant experience advising and counseling clients in all areas of employment law compliance, focusing on claims prevention and efficient resolution strategies. She has experience managing single and multi-plaintiff cases, class actions, agency systemic investigations, reductions in force, independent contractor classification audits, performing and workplace investigations, and gender pay equity studies. She also drafts executive severance agreements and employment agreements including provisions for restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and mandatory arbitration.
Ms. Kichline represents employers in state and federal court proceedings and before administrative agencies. She handles cases and administrative agency matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, FMLA, and wage and hour claims, as well as non-competition and misappropriation of trade secrets matters. Ms. Kichline also provides advice and counsel to clients on prevention of claims through employment practices including employee handbooks, employment contracts, application of policies and procedures, and implementing practical, proactive measures.
Ms. Kichline earned her J.D. and B.A. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She spent many years working as a human resources manager and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
