Jackson Lewis Adds David S. Mohl, Bolstering its Disability, Leave and Health Management Practice
ATLANTA, GA (July 11, 2018) Jackson Lewis P.C., one of the country’s preeminent workplace law firms, is pleased to announce David S. Mohl has joined the firm’s Atlanta office as a Principal. Mr. Mohl has almost 20 years of experience advising clients on all employment and labor law matters. He joins the firm from The Hershey Company where he was Associate General Counsel and was responsible for the company’s global labor and employment, litigation and privacy functions.

Mr. Mohl has built his career in corporate legal departments for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to his work with The Hershey Company, he was Senior Counsel at Cigna, where he supported Cigna Leave Solutions®, Cigna’s FMLA/ADA/Leave Administration business. Mr. Mohl was a member of Cigna’s core business team that provided employers the ability to concurrently administer their ADA, FML and various other leaves. He also has litigation experience in federal, state courts and in front of government agencies, including defense of complex and class action litigation and handling in-depth multi-state matters, including California.

He earned his B.S. and J.D. from Syracuse University.
