Jackson Lewis Strengthens West Coast Litigation Capabilities with Addition of Tracy Costantino
LOS ANGELES, CA (September 5, 2017) Jackson Lewis P.C., one of the country’s preeminent workplace law firms, is pleased to welcome employment litigator Tracy Costantino, who has joined the firm’s Los Angeles office as a Principal. Ms. Costantino has 20 years of experience representing employers in the full spectrum of labor and employment law matters.

Ms. Costantino’s experience includes representing employers in litigation matters including class action defense, wrongful termination, employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment and wage and hour issues. Ms. Costantino has successfully brought more than 45 class actions to resolution at the satisfaction of her clients.
In addition to her class action work, she provides preventive employment counseling to clients regarding employment contracts, employee privacy rights, reductions in force, terminations, employee discipline and investigations into employee complaints. Her practice is dedicated exclusively to defending employers in employment litigation and counseling.

Ms. Costantino is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute. She received her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles and her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law.
