Stephanie Adler-Paindiris is Co-Leader of Jackson Lewis’ Class Actions and Complex Litigation practice group, Orlando Office Litigation Manager and Co-Leader of Jackson Lewis’ Women’s Interest Network, where she works with the firm’s women attorneys and clients to increase diversity and inclusion efforts. Her practice focuses exclusively on the representation of employers at the trial and appellate level in state and federal courts, as well as proceedings before administrative judges and agencies. Ms. Adler-Paindiris has conducted over a dozen trials before juries and judges in state and federal courts, participated in arbitrations and administrative hearings before the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings and successfully defended appeals before many federal appellate courts.
Ms. Adler-Paindiris also provides on-going legal support and counsel on a daily basis for many of her clients, including training managers and supervisors in all areas of employment law, including but not limited to, supervisory training, sexual and racial harassment prevention, disciplinary practice, documentation policies, safety and disability management.
John K. Bennett, Principal in the firm’s Morristown, NJ office, regularly handles employment-related litigation in federal and state courts and administrative agencies, including substantial experience in jury trials. He also handles enforcing employment agreements to arbitrate claims, and arbitrations under those agreements, as well as arbitrations under collective bargaining agreements and many other aspects of labor relations and employment law for employers. Mr. Bennett also has been recognized for managing nationwide employment and labor counsel relationships with certain clients.
Mr. Bennett has been ranked by Chambers USA from 2009 through the present as a leader in the Labor and Employment Law practice area, where he has been singled out as “a great attorney who is hard-working and knowledgeable in a broad range of employment litigation matters.”
