Amiot has been appointed Baltimore Office Managing Principal. Mr. Amiot succeeds Joy Napier-Joyce, who stepped down from the management role to focus her attention on overseeing the continued growth and expansion of the firm’s Employee Benefits Practice Group.

Mr. Amiot regularly defends clients in employment-related litigation, including wage and hour disputes, employment discrimination and sexual harassment suits, whistleblower claims, ADA and FMLA litigation, wrongful discharge suits, and administrative charges across the country. He has extensive experience in every phase of litigation, from discovery to trial to appeal. Mr. Amiot is well known for his success rate in the early stages of lawsuits through dispositive motions, rendering his clients devoid of liability and saving them significant fees and costs.
