Collin O’Connor Udell was a guest on CBS Radio News to discuss implications of the case heard by the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday, January 19th: Heffernan v. City of Paterson. Collin was counsel of record for a group of amici who filed a brief in support of Respondent City of Paterson. The amici included: National Conference of State Legislatures, National Association of Counties, National League of Cities, U.S. Conference of Mayors, International City/County Management Association, International Municipal Lawyers Association, International Public Management Association for Human Resources, and National Public Employer Labor Relations Association, and State and Local Legal Center.
