DALLAS, TX (July 1, 2013) - Jackson Lewis LLP, one of the country’s largest and fastest-growing workplace law firms, is pleased to announce Karen E. Griffin has assumed the role of Dallas office Managing Partner, succeeding Christopher C. Antone.

Ms. Griffin has over a decade of workplace law experience. She handles a wide range of class and individual litigation matters, including claims of employment discrimination, wage and hour violations, wrongful discharge, whistleblower violations, breach of contract, and breach of confidentiality and noncompetition agreements. Ms. Griffin also defends clients in labor arbitrations and unfair labor practice proceedings. She conducts EEO and wage and hour compliance audits, as well as internal investigations involving harassment and other workplace complaints. Ms. Griffin regularly advises employers with respect to traditional labor matters, executive employment contracts, and other employment-related matters.
Ms. Griffin graduated magna cum laude from the College of William and Mary in 1992 and received her J.D. with honors from The University of Texas in 1996 where she was a member of the Order of the Coif. She has been recognized as a “Texas Rising Star” by Texas Super Lawyers.
Ms. Griffin is admitted to practice in Texas as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.
