Jackson Lewis Adds Experienced Litigator to Greenville Office

GREENVILLE, SC (September 13, 2012) – Jackson Lewis LLP, one of the country’s largest and fastest-growing workplace law firms, is pleased to announce Sandi R. Wilson has joined the firm’s Greenville office as Of Counsel.  Ms. Wilson joins Jackson Lewis from Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, where she focused her practice on employment and business litigation.  

Ms. Wilson represents businesses in all aspects of employment litigation before state and federal courts in South Carolina.  She has obtained summary judgment verdicts on behalf of her clients in numerous matters and has successfully tried multiple cases to verdict.

Among other honors, Ms. Wilson has been recognized in Greenville Business Magazine’s “Best and Brightest Under 35” (2011) and named a Rising Star in Employment and Labor Law in the 2012 edition of South Carolina Super Lawyers.  She has extensive ties to the local community, including as a graduate of Leadership Greenville, Class 31, the Furman University Women’s Leadership Forum, and a current board member of the Summit Drive Elementary School PTA. 

Ms. Wilson is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association and the Greenville Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before all state courts in South Carolina, the U.S. District Court of South Carolina, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. 

She earned her B.A. summa cum laude from Clemson University and her J.D. cum laude from the University of South Carolina, where she served as the Associate Articles Editor for the South Carolina Law Review
