With this expansion, the firm now has over 100 attorneys working in four locations in the state including New York City, Long Island and White Plains. Franklin H. Goldberger, a prominent attorney in the Capital Region, has joined the firm as Resident Partner. Formerly Of Counsel at Girvin & Ferlazzo, Mr. Goldberger has practiced labor and employment law for more than 38 years, representing employers in a broad spectrum of industries, including manufacturing, higher education, health care, broadcasting, municipal government, transportation, and retail.
