He was formerly a partner with Quarles & Brady where he practiced since 1996, and served as chair of the Phoenix office's Labor and Employment group from 2000 through 2007.
Mr. Jones actively practices law in Arizona and California, and has more than 20 years' experience counseling employers on a wide range of employment issues, including sexual harassment; discrimination; accommodating disabled employees; family and medical leave laws; wage and hour laws; hiring/firing, disciplining and terminating employees; downsizing and reductions-in-force; classifying employees and independent contractors; e-mail and internet policies; employment, non-competition and confidentiality agreements; trade secrets and technology protection; mergers and acquisitions; and outsourcing.
He is an AV-rated attorney who is currently rated among "The Best Lawyers in America" and "Southwest Super Lawyers."
