Jackson Lewis Announces New Leadership Structure

NEW YORK CITY, June 15, 2006 --  Jackson Lewis LLP today implemented a new leadership structure intended to position the nationwide employment and labor law firm to meet the changing needs of its clients even more effectively.  As part of this evolution, three of Jackson Lewis' most senior partners will take on new roles:  William Krupman will become Chairman Emeritus; Patrick L. Vaccaro will become Managing Partner; and Vincent Cino will become National Litigation Coordinator.

Mr. Krupman has served as Managing Partner since 1975.  Under his guidance, Jackson Lewis evolved from a small, traditional labor firm to a nationwide leader and pace-setter in workplace law, with 385 attorneys in 25 offices from Miami to Seattle.  As Chairman Emeritus, Mr. Krupman will continue to be actively involved in the firm's business development and strategic growth efforts.

Mr. Vaccaro, formerly Vice Chair and Managing Partner of the firm's White Plains, NY office, has been with Jackson Lewis for 40 years.  In his new role as Managing Partner he will be responsible for the entire firm's day-to-day administration and management.

"Pat and Vincent are among the finest attorneys practicing in the workplace law field today," commented Krupman.  "The experience, knowledge, client focus, vision, and history with our firm will allow them to lead Jackson Lewis to an even higher level."
