With 22 years of trial experience, Ms. Erwin enhances the employment litigation capabilities of the firm's Carolina regional office.
With an "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell, Ms. Erwin is one of the state's most prominent management employment trial lawyers, having represented employers in numerous federal and state court lawsuits. Additionally, Ms. Erwin has a substantial benefits litigation practice. The Greenville office, with Steve Warren as managing partner, is one of 20 of the national law firm's regional locations across the country. The addition of Ms. Erwin broadens the Greenville office's capabilities in representing employers of all sizes and industries in all workplace law matters at the federal, state, and local levels.
