States across the country are enacting new and robust pay equity laws and Illinois is no exception. Recent amendments to the Illinois Equal Pay Act require businesses with 100 or more employees in Illinois to apply for an equal pay registration certificate. To obtain a certificate, employers must, among other things, certify compliance with various equal pay laws and disclose workforce pay data.
Join Jackson Lewis P.C. attorneys as we discuss the implications of the new amendments and what employers can do now to prepare.

- Understanding the requirements of the equal pay registration certificate
