Many employees are returning to the office which is forcing employers to define a balance between requiring working at the office, agreeing to remote work, and ensuring a safe working environment. Employers need to establish a uniform approach to cross-border remote work and vaccination issues that treats employees equally and protects the company from unnecessary exposures.
