Connecticut Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Programs for Supervisors and Managers (October 2020)

Nearly all employers in Connecticut will now have to provide sexual harassment training to employees. The law requires employers of all sizes to provide two hours of sexual harassment training to supervisors and managers by January 1, 2021.
