Lindsay R. Swinson is an associate in the Baltimore, Maryland, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Lindsay advises employers in labor and employment matters, with a focus on traditional labor issues, union elections, and unfair labor practice charges.

Lindsay discovered her interest in labor relations while serving as a law clerk for an administrative law judge at the National Labor Relations Board Division of Judges. Following this experience, she has strived to develop strong professional relationships her clients to best address their workplace challenges.

During law school, Lindsay developed her litigation skills while working at the Rising for Justice legal clinic in the District of Columbia. She was committed to serving low-income individuals by working to prevent evictions, preserve affordable housing, and to secure tenants’ rights in D.C. Superior Court’s Landlord & Tenant Branch.

She served as a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal, where her note was selected for publishing. Also, she was the co-president of the student organization Street Law, where she coordinated basic civics and legal lessons for middle and high school students.
