Thirteen Jackson Lewis Attorneys Named Among Top 100 Labor Attorneys in America

NEW YORK, NY July 24, 2009—Jackson Lewis LLP – one of the nation’s largest and fastest-growing employment law firms -  is proud to announce that thirteen labor attorneys from the firm were named to the list of Top One Hundred Labor Attorneys in the United States for 2009, as compiled by Labor Relations Institute, Inc., (LRI) a leading industry information source.  Those who were listed were selected from more than nine thousand attorneys evaluated by the LRI.

The list is determined each year based on the prior 5-year record of the number of National Labor Relations Board election cases in which the attorney represented clients (as determined by notices of appearance filed with the NLRB) and the successful outcome of those cases.

Attorneys who made the 2009 list are below:

Christopher C. Antone, Dallas, TX Linda R. Carlozzi, New York, NY Patrick L. Egan, Boston, MA James J. Gillespie, Morristown, NJ Steven S. Goodman, Long Island, NY Thomas P. McDonough, White Plains, NY Gerard A. McInnis, Chicago, IL Gary C. Moss, Las Vegas, NV Thomas P. Piekara, White Plains, NY Jonathan A. Siegel, Orange County, CA Robert D. Vogel, Los Angeles, CA Thomas V. Walsh, White Plains, NY John L. Zenor, Las Vegas, NV

Inclusion in the “Top One Hundred” puts these attorneys in the top one percent of labor attorneys in the U.S., making them thirteen of the most active attorneys representing companies in National Labor Relations Board monitored elections.

“To be included in the Top One Hundred is a tremendous honor,” according to LRI President Donald P. Wilson. “It acknowledges these attorneys’ professionalism and long-term dedication to their clients.”
