Mr. Moberg, who brings to the firm over 20 years of experience in traditional labor law as well as employment litigation, was previously with Briggs and Morgan P.A.

Mr. Moberg regularly represents employers in all aspects of labor law. He assists employers facing union organizing attempts, represents employers before the National Labor Relations Board and federal courts, negotiates collective bargaining agreements, and provides advice and counsel on labor negotiations strategy, in addition to defending employers in labor arbitrations.
Mr. Moberg’s employment law experience includes both providing preventive management and employee training and defending clients in administrative and legal forums on matters relating to discrimination (including race, age, sex, national origin, disability and sexual harassment), retaliation, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), whistleblower, employment contract, Fair Labor Standard Act (FLSA) and non-compete issues.
Mr. Moberg, who has been recognized by Minnesota Super Lawyers and included on the Labor Relations Institute’s list of “Top 100 Labor Attorneys in the United States,” is a frequent speaker on labor and employment law matters, and has been a guest lecturer in both the undergraduate and graduate business schools at the University of St. Thomas. He also is a regular contributing editor to The Developing Labor Law, published by the American Bar Association. He is certified as a Labor & Employment Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association.
Mr. Moberg received his B.S.B.A. in finance from the University of Denver, summa cum laude, and his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he graduated cum laude.
