NEW YORK, NY (November 6, 2020) Jackson Lewis P.C., one of the country’s preeminent workplace law firms, is pleased to announce the firm has been honored with the Tipping the Scales Award as part of the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance’s 2020 New Partner Report. The firm was recently recognized at the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance’s virtual Annual Conference for having 50 percent or more women attorneys in its 2020 partner class. This is the second consecutive year the firm has won the law firm diversity award.

The Diversity & Flexibility Alliance’s 2020 Partner Report is a yearly compilation and examination of data from more than 100 of the nation’s largest and top-grossing law firms about the attorneys promoted to partnership in U.S. offices. The Alliance has generated this report since 2012, and the report aims to uncover trends related to the percentages of women promoted to partnership each year.

The goal of the Mansfield Rule 3.0 certification program is to boost the representation of diverse lawyers in law firm leadership by broadening the pool of candidates considered for these opportunities.
