Jackson Lewis topped the list representing defendants in 174 cases in 51 different federal court districts.

In 2021, Jackson Lewis took on a varied set of COVID-19-related disputes involving everything from accommodation and leave requests, to layoffs caused by shutdowns, to vaccine challenges, across a variety of industries including higher education, manufacturing, fitness and healthcare.
