Employers throughout the state participated in the award program’s two-part process for identifying the 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey.Part one entailed an evaluation of each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part was an employee survey designed to assess the employee experience.
The awards program was established by NJBIZ in 2005. NJBIZ, along with program sponsors and partners, honored this year’s 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey at an awards dinner and ceremony on Thursday, April 25, 2013 at the Hilton East Brunswick.
