Jackson Lewis Events Supporting and Educating the Employer Community

Throughout the year, Jackson Lewis supports a large number of employer education programs, as well as hosting our own conferences and seminars, enabling us to make a significant contribution to the employer community.

The Minority Corporate Counsel Association -- Diversity Dinners Honoring the 2002 Employers of Choice: Los Angeles (September 25) and New York City (October 16) American Corporate Counsel Association -- ACCAs Annual Meeting and 20th Anniversary celebration will take place in Washington DC October 21-23. A special audio webcast dealing with The California Employment Law Revolution: A Great Leap Forward will air on October 17 at 1:00 Eastern, 12:00 Central; 11:00 Mountain and 10:00 Pacific times. This one-hour program will review each piece of new legislation including how it alters existing law, the implications for employers, and practical suggestions for compliance. The host website for the webcast is http://jl.itradefair.net. Program resources will include a Power Point visual presentation and live chat rooms beginning immediately after the airing.
