RALEIGH-DURHAM, NC (June 27, 2012) - Jackson Lewis LLP, one of the country’s largest and fastest-growing workplace law firms, is pleased to announce Joshua Mark Krasner has joined the firm’s Raleigh-Durham office as Of Counsel. Mr. Krasner joins Jackson Lewis from Williams Mullen, where he focused his practice on employment-related litigation and labor relations issues. Prior to joining Williams Mullen, Mr. Krasner served as a judicial law clerk to Justice I. Beverly Lake, Jr., of the North Carolina Supreme Court.

Throughout his career, Mr. Krasner has provided day-to-day counseling to human resources and recruiting professionals on a variety of matters, including sensitive termination and employment relations issues as well as defending companies in Title VII, FMLA, ADA and Fair Labor Standards act litigation. In addition, he regularly represents employers in wage and hour compliance matters, handbook and policy reviews, employment contracts and covenants not to compete and representation hearings before the National Labor Relations Board.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Marbles Kids Museum and Smiles for a Lifetime. In addition, he serves as an Advisory Board member to the Western Wake Tennis Association.
Mr. Krasner is admitted to to practice before all North Carolina state and federal courts as well as the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was a member of Law Review and a Moot Court Board Member.
