Jackson Lewis Continues Growth in Florida

ORLANDO, Fla., (March 10, 2010) – Jackson Lewis LLP, one of the country’s largest and fastest growing workplace law firms, announced that Charles E. Williams, Jr. has joined the firm as a Partner in its Orlando office. Mr. Williams was formerly a partner with Littler Mendelson, P.C.

An experienced trial lawyer, Mr. Williams has represented employers for over 25 years on a wide range of employment issues, including wage and hour matters; discrimination and retaliation claims; downsizing and reductions-in-force; and hiring, disciplining and terminating employees.

Mr. Williams is an AV-Rated Attorney, the highest peer-review rating in the legal industry, and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 2007. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the Northern, Middle and Southern Florida District Courts as well as the U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court.

Mr. Williams received his law degree from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law and has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida.
