Jackson Lewis Bolsters Litigation Capabilities with Addition of Greg Coulter in Phoenix
PHOENIX, AZ (June 18, 2019) Jackson Lewis P.C., one of the country’s preeminent workplace law firms, is pleased to announce Greg Coulter has joined the firm’s Phoenix office as a Principal. Mr. Coulter joins the firm from Littler, where he spent the last 15 years representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation before state and federal courts. He is the second new partner to join the firm’s growing Phoenix office in the last month, joining Alan M. Bayless Feldman.

Mr. Coulter is a skilled trial attorney who represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation before state and federal courts. He has extensive litigation experience with jury and bench trials, and appearances before government and administrative agencies including the EEOC, DOJ, DOL, NLRB and ACRD. Mr. Coulter has litigated cases at the trial and appellate level in state and federal courts across the country in a wide range of areas including but not limited to retaliation, Constitutional violations, due process, free speech, Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, The Family and Medical Leave Act, 28 USC 1983 and 1981, and the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act. His clients are from a wide-range of industries such as education, agriculture, transportation, finance, service, oil and gas, and retail.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Coulter provides day-to-day preventive counseling and employment advice to businesses of various sizes. He frequently advises employers on such matters including handbook preparation and revisions, personnel policy development, severance agreements and restrictive covenants. Mr. Coulter frequently conducts training on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, privacy, and disability and leave management issues.
Mr. Coulter earned his LLM from the University of San Diego School of Law, his J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law and his B.S. from the University of Oklahoma.
