Silvestri has joined the firm’s Baltimore office as Partner. Formerly the head of Miles & Stockbridge P.C.’s Labor Law practice, Mr. Silvestri has nearly 30 years of experience in trials of labor and employment discrimination cases throughout the United States.

Mr. Silvestri represents companies, governmental units and institutions of higher education of all sizes and has acted as chief spokesperson and bargaining strategist for the management and governments in labor negotiations throughout the country. In addition, he has served as chief outside counsel to an international manufacturing company with facilities in North America.
