NEW YORK CITY, NY (March 10, 2023) Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Douglas J. Klein has been elevated to New York City office managing principal (OMP). Doug succeeds Lori D. Bauer, who is stepping down to focus on her growing practice. Dana G. Weisbrod will assume the role of office litigation manager.

Doug joined the firm in 2013 and was elevated to a principal in 2019. In addition to his new role, he maintains an active practice defending complex employment litigations, counseling on a variety of employment law and traditional labor matters, and providing day-to-day preventive support to employers throughout the country. Doug is known for working with start-ups and early-stage companies to navigate multi-faceted workforce challenges amid rapid growth, and regularly provides labor and employment advice to private equity investors engaged in due diligence and M&A transactions.
