SAN JOSE, CA (February 19, 2025) — Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Eric C. Bellafronto has joined its Silicon Valley office as a principal. Eric has more than 30 years of experience in employment law, including 25 years as a shareholder at Littler Mendelson, where he also served as managing shareholder of its Silicon Valley office for eight years. He joined Jackson Lewis from Hopkins & Carley, where he was a shareholder and co-chair of its employment department.

Eric’s practice focuses on litigation and counseling. He represents employers in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and agency hearings. Eric handles a wide range of complex employment matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, workplace safety regulations, whistleblower retaliation, violations of leave and contract laws, and wage-and-hour and contract disputes. He also has extensive experience handling OSHA administrative proceedings, as well as other matters before the Labor Commissioner, the EEOC and the DFEH.
“Eric’s experience as both a litigator and advisor gives him a deep understanding of the challenges businesses face in California’s complex legal landscape,” said Neda N. Eric leverages his lengthy legal career to provide proactive and strategic advice to employers on a broad range of employment law issues. He assists employers in hiring and leave management, and drafting and implementing personnel policies, employment agreements and compensation plans to ensure compliance and reduce litigation risks. Additionally, Eric is dedicated to training human resources professionals, legal teams and managers on compliance, risk mitigation and strategies to improve employee performance and workplace morale.
Eric earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
