Jackson Lewis Adds Eric S. Clark in Cincinnati
CINCINNATI, OH (February 16, 2023) Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Eric S. Clark has joined the firm’s Cincinnati office as a principal. Eric joins the firm from Thompson Hine and has more than 20 years of experience in labor and employment law matters.
“Eric is a talented attorney with a proven track record of assessing client needs and implementing comprehensive labor relations strategies in both union and non-union workplaces,” said Jonathan J. Spitz and Richard F. Vitarelli, co-leaders of the firm’s Labor Relations group, in a joint statement. “He has extensive collective bargaining and arbitration experience which supports our growing client demand. We are thrilled to have Eric on the team.”
Eric advises and defends employers in every facet of labor and employment law, including matters arising under the NLRA, ERISA, FLSA, Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, the Davis-Bacon Act, the Service Contract Act and prevailing wage laws. He also provides advice and counsel to clients regarding matters arising under these statutes and represents clients before various state and federal agencies and courts. Eric regularly represents clients in matters relating to labor arbitrations, negotiations of collective bargaining agreements, Unfair Labor Practice Charges and union-organizing campaigns. Eric has first-chaired the defense of numerous single-plaintiff, class and collective actions.

Eric is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and Massachusetts Bar Association. He has been recognized by Benchmark Litigation and Chambers USA. Eric was also a former adjunct professor at his alma mater, the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
Eric earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and his B.S.B.A. from John Carroll University.
