Jackson Lewis Adds Depth to Class Action Litigation Team with Addition of Jeffrey Newhouse and Adam Lounsbury in Richmond
RICHMOND, VA (April 10, 2017) Jackson Lewis P.C., one of the country’s preeminent workplace law firms, is pleased to announce class action litigators Jeffrey H. Newhouse and Adam L. Lounsbury have joined the firm’s Richmond office.

Jeffrey H. Newhouse joins Jackson Lewis as a Principal from Ogletree Deakins, where he was a shareholder. He has litigated cases at the trial and appellate level in state and federal courts across the country throughout a wide range of industries, representing transportation companies, product manufacturers, call centers, food distributors, financial institutions, insurance companies and a futures exchange. He has also arbitrated cases domestically and internationally.
Mr. Newhouse received his B.A. from Union College and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
Adam L. Lounsbury joins the firm as Of Counsel from Spencer Shuford LLP. He has almost a decade of experience successfully resolving class action claims, including those involving purported misclassification, consumer products and antitrust. He has also assisted financial services clients defeat claims alleging civil fraud, RICO liability and breach of fiduciary duty, which were asserted in both class and individual contexts. Mr. Lounsbury received his B.S. from Cornell University and his J.D. from Albany Law School.
