High Profile Litigator Jennifer Schwartz Returns to Jackson Lewis in Miami

Schwartz has returned to the firm’s Miami office after a brief three month period at Littler. Previously, Ms. Schwartz had been at Jackson Lewis for the last 13 years and a Principal for the last five.

She has experience with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Florida Commission on Human Relations, Florida Agency for Workforce Innovation, Florida Department of Agency Hearings, and the U.S. Department of Labor. Throughout her tenure at Jackson Lewis, she has secured impressive victories for employers in a wide range of industries, including hospitality, pharmaceuticals, retail and gaming.
Ms. Schwartz earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and her B.A. from the University of Florida in political science.
