Until recently a Partner at Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP, Ms. Moran represents management in all aspects of employment law, including issues related to age, sex, race, disability and national origin discrimination; sexual harassment; retaliatory discharge; ERISA violations; Family and Medical Leave Act violations; defamation; fraud; tortious interference; infliction of emotional distress; breach of contract; and wage and hour violations.
Ms. Moran has extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts and administrative agencies, and spends a significant amount of time counseling clients on a wide variety of matters with a view to avoiding costly litigation.
She lectures extensively on employment discrimination and labor law topics and serves on the board of Cathedral Shelter of Chicago, an organization that provides support to Chicago’s hungry, homeless and poor.
