In February, the Cyberspace Administration of China published the final version of the Standard Contract and related Measures on Standard Contracts for the Outbound Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Information. During this webinar, we will review the mechanisms available to facilitate cross border transfers as well as the requirements of the Standard Contract and related personal information protection impact assessment.
