Join Jackson Lewis P.C. labor attorneys and Founder of L&E Global’s Mexico firm, Oscar de la Vega, to discuss the USMCA agreement and the sweeping changes in effect already or soon coming to Mexican labor laws. The final key compliance period for US companies to get into compliance with the new Mexican labor law is during the next year. This is an important development for manufacturers, who are targeted initially under the USMCA enforcement guidelines, and also energy and utilities and other companies in Mexico, who are also covered by the new, much more stringent, labor laws. The law is fully effective in May 2023.

This program is intended for bona fide members of management. Jackson Lewis reserves the right to limit attendance or deny registration at its discretion.
