California is poised to require all companies with 100 or more employees to submit annual employee compensation data reports, beginning in March 2021. The reports, which will be very similar to the EEO-1 Component 2 pay data reports collected by EEOC in 2019, will need to be submitted directly to the California Department of Fair Employment & Housing (DFEH). But how will the DFEH use these reports? Who will be required to submit them? And what should employers do now to get ready?

In this 20-minute, quick-hitting session, we will explore the new requirements, explain the technical details about what information will need to be submitted and provide tips on how best to prepare.
