New OFCCP Audits: Promotions, Accommodations, and VEVRAA, oh my!

This fall, OFCCP released a new list of 2,500 establishments it intends to audit including increased focus on promotion practices and accommodation compliance. In addition, letters initiating veteran focused reviews are already in the mail. OFCCP audits are changing quickly and will certainly be impacted by the Presidential election.
