This is your opportunity to find the latest and greatest for your operation.

The Education Program provides the gold standard in industry-leading educational content that is practical and relevant for today's food service professionals. Industry leaders provide effective business lessons, the latest information on trends, best practices in the current market, and their own perspective of what manifests success within this three-day seminar.

In this presentation Melanie Paul, who leads the Jackson Lewis Workplace Safety and Health Practices Group will be joined by Adam Gross, a key member of the Firm’s Hospitality Industry Group to discuss the most pressing safety and health issues facing industry employers.  Those issues include such OSHA enforcement priorities as heat illness, chemical safety and hazard communication, electrical hazards, and lockout tagout, to name a few.  The presentation will focus on what industry employers need to be compliant with safety and health regulations and how to avoid inquiries and inspections from the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupation and Safety Health Administration (OSHA).  Employee complaints to OSHA are on the rise and our panelists will discuss how to address complaints and respond to employee initiated OSHA enforcement activity.
