In 2025, eight additional state comprehensive consumer privacy laws will take effect, further complicating the compliance puzzle for many organizations. This session will provide an overview of what this unwieldy patchwork of state laws requires, along with practical tips for developing and implementing a compliance approach that appropriately balances legal risk mitigation with business objectives.
