Join Jackson Lewis P.C. attorneys to discuss out-of-the-box solutions to medical accommodations. We will discuss what recent court decisions found “reasonable” and “unreasonable,” guidance from the EEOC on an employers’ obligations for accommodations, particularly relating to remote work and flexibility, and obligations to address alternative vacancies as a form of accommodation. This session will also include real-life examples to illustrate how a “can do” approach benefits employers and employees in the current job market.
