Less than a year after its enactment, a federal district court has declared Puerto Rico Act 41-2022, a law that rolled back parts of the 2017 employment law reform null and void. The court went as far as to permanently enjoin the governor and any other individuals from taking any steps to help private parties enforce Act 41-2022.  Join Jackson Lewis P.C. attorneys to discuss what this means for you.

Topics

  • What are the immediate consequences of this decision?
  • What should employers do?
  • What changes must employers implement?
  • What would be the effect of a possible appeal by the Government?

This program is intended for bona fide members of management. Jackson Lewis reserves the right to limit attendance or deny registration at its discretion.
